Wilmslow Health Centre is an extremely well run practice providing excellent health care to it's patients. Staff are always courteous and well informed. The environment is clean and safe, I had every confidence attending for a routine check during the pandemic. I especially like the flexibility around appointment times (can usually be made outside of working hours) and that I can make an appointment and view my health record through the NHS App.

The doctors and facilities at wilmslow health centre are both excellent; reception staff however are hit or miss. Half are friendly and helpful, the other half constantly make you feel like you’re somehow inconveniencing them by simply expecting them to do their job. No concept of friendly professionalism, more likely to be greeted with a look of total boredom / contempt . Similar 50/50 lottery when it comes to reception staff’s knowledge of processes and organisational skills unfortunately.

Dr Ahmed and his team starting from Receptionist, nurses to GPS are excellent at providing care and compassion efficiently and effectively. I contacted surgery by completing an online form the evening before I received a call from Dr Ahmed the next day and was given support and help that I needed.
